Już w przyszłym miesiącu odbędzie się jubileuszowa, dwudziesta ceremonia rozdania brytyjskich nagród BAFTA Games Awards. Niedawno ogłoszono listę nominowanych do tegorocznej edycji.
Najwięcej nominacji, bo aż dziesięć, otrzymała gra Baldur’s Gate 3 – kontynuacja kultowej serii RPG, której korzenie sięgają lat dziewięćdziesiątych. Produkcja ta, która wcześniej zdominowała m.in. gale rozdania nagród The Game Awards, Steam Awards i D.I.C.E, podczas BAFTA 2024 powalczy o kolejny tytuł gry roku. Oprócz tego ma ona szanse m.in. w takich kategoriach jak najlepszy scenariusz, multiplayer i osiągnięcia artystyczne. Zaraz za nią znalazły się gry Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 (9 nominacji, w tym Gra Roku) i Alan Wake 2 (8 nominacji, w tym gra roku). Wyniki zostaną ogłoszone podczas gali zaplanowanej na 11 kwietnia.
